General CommentsEHS observed a newly instated TPHC program, wherein milk at cafe machine prep unit is date and time marked, then disposed of at dump sink if any remains after four hours. EHS saw effective utilization of this system. TPHC plan lists only ‘milk’ as the menu item held on TPHC, but EHS observed multiple cafe products (I.E. almond milk, half and half, etc.) that were also held on time. EHS advises facility to add all items by name to TPHC plan.
