Observed the product in the top part of the flip top cooler, the spring mix in the walk in cooler, and the milk in the front glass reach in cooler holding above 41F. CDI-All items were moved to the walk in cooler for rapid cooling and discussed keeping the cooler lid closed, ensuring product is not kept on the counter tops for too long, and using the second front reach in cooler to hold milk. |
