Observed no soap to the back room hand sink. The manager explained that they have switched companies for the soap and paper towels and the old company took their soap dispenser on the wall. CDI-Explained that pump soap is acceptable until a new soap dispenser can be purchased. Soap was provided. |

Observed less than 50ppm of chlorine sanitizer at the front room dish machine. Management is going to contact their company to come out and repair the unit. CDI-The facility has a second dish machine is good working condition. They are going to use this machine until repairs have been made. |
