Observed goat cheese, hummus, and soy eggs past their time/temperature date marking requirements. The goat cheese and the eggs had a date of 8/2, and the hummus had a date of 7/31. CDI-The three items were promptly discarded. REPEAT. |

Observed plastic cups with no handles stored directly in the food product. Ensure scoops with handles are used if going to store in the container of dried food product. Also ensure the handle is kept out of the food product. |
