4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Observed that the coffee reach under had an ambient air reading of 45F during inspection. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
The unit reached 42F at end of inspection, but the PIC is taking out the items and cleaning the condenser and temp. checking in an hour. If the unit is still reading high, the PIC placed in a work order. |
