General Comments- Cold hold in the walk in was 53. Eggs were located in there during the time of inspection, that is the only temperature controlled item in the cooler. Removed and placed in the front small unit that is at temperature. Eggs will be stored here from now on. - Minimal food is being cooked and prepared.
