2 jugs of milk was observed without an open or discard date on them. PIC stated that they thought that the expiration date on the milk was what they are supposed to go by. EHS explained to the PIC that once an item is opened and/or prepped, a date of no more than 7 days should be placed on the item, including milk. The PIC dated during the inspection. CDI |

6-501.11 Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. The paint of the wall behind the dishmachine is starting show signs of bulging and need to be repainted.
6-201.11 Establishment must provide floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings that are designed, constructed and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. The ceiling around the vent is not smooth and easily cleanable. They have repaired that area from a leak previously and the result is the rough look of the ceiling. Smoothing out is recommended. |
