5-402.11 Backflow Prevention (P)
Piping from food prep sinks and 2-compartment sinks are directly connected to the waste line. A direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils is placed. Facility was constructed prior to 2012. If facility is ever remodeled, air gaps will need to be added in between lines from the sinks and the waste sewage lines. R |

Portions of the ceiling throughout the kitchen have peeling paint that needs repairing. Ceiling covering in dry food storage room is made out of rough mesh material that needs replacing with a smooth, cleanable surface material. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceiling shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. R
