5-402.11 Backflow Prevention (P)
The 3-compartment sink and food prep sink are directly drained without an air gap. A direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Facility was built prior to 2012. If the kitchen is ever remodeled, air gaps will need to be added for the both of the sinks. R |
