Both 2-compartment sinks are directly drained without an air gap. A direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Facility was built prior to 2012. If the facility is ever remodeled, and air gap will need to be added for both 2-compartment sinks. R |
