The top of the oven has dried food debris on it and needs cleaning. The yellow trays (used to store packaged salads, deli meats, etc.) inside of the walk-in cooler are also soiled with food debris and need cleaning. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. |
