A metal container that was stored on the clean drying rack was observed with a piece of pineapple stuck to the inside rim and a few containers were observed with sticker residue on them. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. EHS placed containers at dishmachine for washing. CDI |
