6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf)
No hand soap was available at the chicken breading station hand sink. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid. The manager on duty stated that the soap dispenser located at that hand sink was broken, and that the restaurant was waiting for a replacement dispenser to arrive. The REHS told the manager that until the new dispenser arrives that the restaurant must have a manual pump bottle of soap at the chicken breading station hand sink. A verification visit will be made between the date of this inspection and April 3rd to verify that soap is provided at the chicken breading hand sink. VR |
