A container of shredded cheese was observed without a prep or discard date. The PIC stated that his staff was prepping those items this morning. EHS reminded the PIC that they have 24 hours to date all of the product that was prepped today. EHS recommended that the PIC date all of the items during today's inspection. CDI |
