Several floor tiles throughout the kitchen, dish room, and prep/cooking area are cracked/broken and need replacing. The ceiling is damaged in the kitchen, dish room, and prep/cooking area. Repairing is needed. There is staining and paint is peeling on the ceiling and the walls in several areas of the front of the restaurant and the dish room and back of the restaurant. Physical facilities shall be maintained in a state of good repair. R |
