2-402.11(A) Use head coverings, beard guards and clothing to restrain body hair from contacting exposed food, equipment, and utensils.
An employee was observed working with food without a beard guard on. EHS reminded the PIC and staff that beard guards need to be worn while working with and around food. No beard guards were available for them to put on during the inspection. |

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Portions of wall and wall corners are damaged in kitchen area and the ceiling has some water damage/stains on them. The floor in the walk in cooler is severely damaged and need to be repaired. Paint was observed chipping off of the walls throughout the kitchen. R

Dust was observed on and around the ceiling vents in the kitchen and cleaning is needed to the floors, baseboards, and wall throughout the entire kitchen and behind the 3 comp sink and dish machine. R |
