An employee was observed preparing sandwiches for customers while wearing a watch on his wrist. Except for a plain ring (such as a wedding band), food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms or hands while preparing food.
2-402.11 Effectiveness - Hair Restraints (C)
A food employee was observed preparing sandwiches for customers without wearing a hat or other hair restraint. Food employees shall wear hair restraints (hats, hair nets, beard restraints, etc.) that are designed and effectively worn to keep their hair from contacting exposed food, clean equipment/utensils, linens, or unwrapped single-use items. |
