6-303.11 Lighting (C) The light intensity shall be at least 50 foot candles at a surface where a food employee is working and/or working with utensils and equipment.
The lighting above the stove burners was observed at 35 foot candles. Two of the light bulbs are not working over that area. EHS recommended replacing with LED light bulbs. |
