Medicines that are in a food establishment for the employees shall located to prevent the contamination of food and food equipment. In walk freezer several foods were being stored directly on the floor underneath the shelving. Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. EHS pointed out the foods to the PIC, and PIC immediately relocated them off the floor. CDI |

The outdoor container for grease is currently being stored on absorbent dirt material. An outdoor enclosure for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be constructed of durable and cleanable materials. EHS recommends calling servicing company and having them place it on the pavement next to their normal garbage dumpster. |
