6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C) REPEAT
The following areas shall be in good repair.
A. Water damaged ceiling tile in the dining area;
B. Peeling, and cracked walls at rear dry storage room and
C. Cracked and missing floor tilessurfaces at rear dry storage room and walk-in-cooler.
D. Base board at ladies toilet room shall be re-secured. And
E. Lower Missing compartment to refridgeration filter at upright meat freezer
F. Sheetrock walls that are pitted and container holes at handwashing sink front counter, warewash/refridgeration area
G.Wall surfaces throughout rear dry storage. And
H. Broken wall partition at front counter adjacent to register.

Although Lighting intensity at walk-in-cooler has increased compared to prior inspection; lighting intensity shall be at least 10 foot candles of shielded lighting. Notified Person-in-charge. Presently ( 5-6)fcREPEAT
The lighting in several food prep stations were measured at a range between (20-35)fc. The lighting intensity must be at least 50 foot candles on surfaces where employees work with food or equipment.REPEAT |
