Scuff marks and paint peeling was observed on the walls in the kitchen and theres damage to the baseboard next to the glass door reach in cooler. Repainting and repair is needed. R
6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C)
The kitchen ceiling tiles have some dust on them and the walls in the kitchen and warewashing room has residue on them. The area between the pizza oven and wall was observed with dust on the wall and a cluster of items. Cleaning is needed. Physical facilities shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to keep them clean. R
6-501.114 The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment such as equipment that is non-functional or no longer used.
The double door reach in refrigerator and the large prep unit in the kitchen are not in working order and has been out of order since the previous inspection. Those items need to be removed off of the premises. R |
