No demerits were issued for the following: 16. Observed hot water reach 117F before falling down to 95F in the restroom within room Meck PreK classroom 2. Monitor temperature. **Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). 23. Observed some handwashing sinks missing handwashing sign. Facility has been in the process of painting and the signs have not been posted in some areas yet. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e) 29. Observed bulk boxes of Clorox provided by DHHS stored within unlocked staff lounge. Clorox was removed and placed within locked office. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 30. Observed hand sanitizer and alcohol sanitizer stored below 5ft at the entrance. Sanitizer was relocated to shelving above 5 ft. **Approved non-hazardous products must be stored 5 ft above the floor or behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b), (c ) and (d).
