Inspection conducted with Manny Sheppard. Permit action items were corrected by operator during the inspection. Light fixture in pool not functioning. Night swimming not approved. Send verification of lighting to Kurtis Nelson to maintain night swimming. EHS observed chlorine at 10+ppm. EHS recommends lowering chlorine level for bather comfort. NIGHT SWIM EXPIRED - VISIT REQUIREDPERMIT RESTRICTIONS - DOORS FROM BAR MUST REMAIN SELF-CLOSING SELF- LATCHING. BUILT WITHOUT EQUALIZERS. NIGHT SWIMMING APPROVED WITH VERIFICATION - 5/26/2021
