General Comments

Inspection completed with Rodney Anderson present. Pool permit suspended for the following: 1. Chlorine at 0ppm. Maintain chlorine at 1.0ppm or greater. 2. New pump installed model HAYWARD SP3210EE without PDSC paperwork submitted and approved by health department. An electrical inspection must also be completed and an electrical permit must be obtained. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 once these items are corrected to reopen the pool. Ensure record keeping is adequate when pool is reopened or an intent to suspend the permit may be issued.
