(Only child at center arrived at same time I did). #29: All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed bleach sitting on 2 comp sink. Keep hazardous item storage closet (back of kitchen) locked at all times. (Only child at center arrived at same time I did). emailing bleach dilution chart.
