NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed a few toilets out of order sporadically throughout school building. School is aware of issue and work orders have been submitted to have toilets repaired. *NOTE: Facilities manager, Chris Gugliuzza, was present during time of inspection. Observed stained ceiling in girls locker room located in gym. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and have stained ceiling repaired. Per facilities manager, school is aware of issue and are working to have stained ceiling repaired.
