No demerits were issued for the following: 9. Observed wheel chairs stored in bathing room. Ensure that only bathing equipment is being stored in the bathing rooms. **Toilet rooms shall not be used for storage. See rule .1312 (b). 33. Observed brown stain on bed in room 512. Bed was recently made. Ensure that linen is removed. **Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b).
