Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed run short time and no run time on spring loaded faucet fixtures in room 177 bathroom and in boys back hall bathroom. Spring loaded faucet fixtures shall operate for a minimum of 15 seconds. REPEAT. Check all spring loaded faucets regularly. Observed faucet leak on 1 sink in 3rd grade boys restroom. Repair cold water faucet in 177 restroom. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes, Lysol sprays, aerosol sprays stored in reach of children in various classrooms (176, 177, 166, 123, 122,125, and 157). Keep all hazardous items stored away from children (closet or inside desks). Adhere to storage instructions on labels.
Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed boxes of debris around dumpsters. |
