General CommentsInspection conducted with CPO Kory Little. Facility originally permitted with push to exit button and magnetic latches on door to clubhouse. Have had recurring issues with door alarm being turned off or not functioning. Will have 30 days to revert door back to how it was originally permitted. Door must be self-closing and self-latching with push to exit button. Outlet not working in pump room. Extension cord run from pump room to chemical storage room, which prevents both from being closed and locked per requirements, or prevents automatic chemical feeder from functioning 24/7 per requirements. Will have 30 days to make corrections. All electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician and all required electrical permits shall be obtained with passing electrical inspection from Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement. Both gates catch on the gate post when closing. Maintain gates self-closing and self-latching. Observed sections between coping and deck where caulking is missing and sections between pavers where polymetric sand has eroded. Maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inch. Leaves and other debris in pump room around pool pumps. Recommend cleaning, this restricts air movement around hot motors and is a fire hazard. Intent to suspend issued 5) 7) 16) 24) 25)
