General Comments

Inspection conducted with office staff. Did not have access to pump room and chemical storage room, CPO off today. Will verify those items on return visit. Observed broken glass on the pool deck by fire pit and main entrance. G.S. 130A-2(3) Keep pool and pool deck free of broken glass. - Immediate suspension item. Some sand has eroded from the pool deck. Use polymetric sand and sealant to keep sand in place. Maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2”. Wall tiles dirty, numbering hard to read. Keep wall tiles clean and depth markers easily legible. Immediate suspension issued 15) G.S. 130A-2(3) Contact Will Harrison (704-507-6824) for re-inspection once issues have been corrected.
