General Comments

Inspection conducted with maintenance staff. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by maintenance. Most items from previous inspection have been corrected. Capacitor exposed on filtration pump motor. Ensure motor is in good working condition. If repaired or replaced ensure electrical permits are obtained and it is inspected by Code Enforcement. Some depth and no diving markers cracked or caulking is wearing away. Recommend replacing damaged tiles and regrouting as needed. Wall tiles dirty. Recommend cleaning wall tiles. Caribbean Pools is in the process of installing a liquid chlorine and acid feeder. Ensure that chemicals are stored in the chemical storage room and that automatic controller has a pressure or flow switch to stop feeding chemicals when the pump is off. Unable to call back to emergency phone. Contact Kings III to have them fix the call box so that you can call back to the emergency phone in the event of a dropped call to 911. Will return in 7 days to check on emergency phone. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Contact Will Harrison (704-507-6824) when emergency phone is corrected. I will be out next week to verify otherwise.
