The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed water stain on ceiling in room to left of dining room. EHS advises facility to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling repaired. Per conversation with Mrs. Wray, she stated that the leak has been repaired, EHS advised her to have stained resurfaced/repainted. |
