The wall above the ready-to-eat pizza preparation table was observed to have accumulated food splashes and debris and is in need of cleaning. Additionally, the wall beneath the three-compartment sink was observed to have rust buildup and requires cleaning.
PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. |
