General Comments

Inspection completed with Johnny Williams present. Intent to suspend permit issued for loose pool deck coping tiles near steps that go into pool. Correct within 30 days. Note- observed ‘adults should not swim alone’ and ‘children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision’ signage in garden bed being obstructed by floral surroundings. Recommending relocating sign or cutting back greenery so sign is not obstructed.
