General CommentsNote hot water temp almost 160 degrees. Observed pasteurized carton of egg on bottom shelf. Pasteurized eggs are a ready to eat product. Nothing store over pasteurized eggs so not marked. When asked, employee stated that styrofoam cup used to scoop out thickening. Need scoop with handle to dispense for bulk container.
