5-501.111 Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be maintained in good repair. The dumpster (not cardboard dumpster), closest to the kitchen door, has a hole forming on the left side if facing the front of the dumpster. Dumpster is starting to rust and forming the holes. Dumpster is currently empty. Open dumpster door furthest from the school and look straight in front of you near the left bottom. One will see light shining through. This is a good entry point for pests and liquids from inside the dumpster to leak out. EHS recommends contacting the dumpster company about replacing or repairing the dumpster. |

6-501.11 Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. The restroom door at the bottom is starting to have the laminate peel. EHS recommends adding a metal kick plate, FRP or some other kind of easily cleanable approved material to eliminate the peeling. Another option is to replace the door. Many of the items on the last few inspections have been repaired. Due to this, no points for this violation will be taken. Keep up the good work.
