3-304.12 Store in-use utensils in a clean, dry place, in food with handles out, in 135F or greater water, or in running water that quickly moves food particles to the drain. Ice scoop in the cooler for teachers had the handle of the scoop fallen down in the ice. There is a bin that holds the ice scoop between uses. Make sure all teachers know that the ice scoop must either have the handle up or stored in a container like manager wants. No points for this today. |
