General Comments

Note: milk box is broken and not being used to hold milk. Establishment is pulling one crate of milk at a time and placing them on TPHC. Milk that is left over at the end of the serving period is being discarded per manager. They are supposed to be getting a new milk box, but it will be next school year before one is gotten. Until then, milk per manager is on TPHC once removed from walk-in cooler.
