6-501.12 Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Clean the electrical lines going from the refrigerator and hot boxes to the ceiling plug in’s. They are dusty. Clean floors in the restrooms next to the shelves and behind the doors. Clean floors behind main kitchen entrance doors. Clean floors behind ice machine and in storage closet in dry good storage room where water heaters are located. |
