4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Repair issue causing ice to form on the black pipe on the left side under the condenser in the walk-in freezer. Ice is also starting to form along the seam on the right behind the condenser. This is a strange place for ice to be forming. May need to make sure the seam there is completely sealed. Ice is forming along the back wall of the walk-in freezer.
4-202.11 Multiuse food-contact surfaces shall be smooth, in good repair, free of sharp angles, and finished to have smooth seams and joints. Pf. The blade of the sectionizer that cuts fruit in half is rusting badly. EHS showed manager and it was pulled from use. The establishment has another one that is in good repair that will be used instead. Manager said she was getting rid of the other one, but she had to turn it in first to her superiors. |
