6-501.11 Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Fix the ceiling tiles in the outside can wash where they have been moved or removed. Put ceiling tile back into place in the dish room area and dry good storage room. Repair wall at inside canwash where paint is peeling.
6-501.12 A Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Clean vents in the dry good storage room and the old vent that is above the 2 vat prep sink near the dry good storage room. Clean floors behind HVAC unit is dry storage. |
