4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. New refrigerator. Buttery spread, salsa, potato salad, macaroni salad all in low 50's. Usually an air temperature of 37 degrees or below is needed to hold time/temperature control for safety food 41 degrees or below. Director decreased gauge that control air temperature during inspection. If refrigeration needed for milk (director stated that food being delivered around 11 a.m. and serve when delivered) would use freezer until ready to serve the milk. Repeat violation-this was marked for same reason on last inspection. Verification required-must correct on or before 05/21/2026. |
