4-601.11 Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf
-EHS observed numerous deep dish pans with grease all over the inside and outside of the pans. Ensure dishes are being thoroughly cleaned to eliminate all grease residue.
-EHS observed sticker residue on the outside of pans that had been stacked, thus contacting the inside of other pans. Eliminate all sticker residue from all pans.
EHS will return within 10 days to verify that dishes are being more thoroughly cleaned and that sticker residue has been removed. |
