-EHS observed the vents of the hood system with a large grease accumulation, such that it is dripping from the bottom of the vents. Have hood vents cleaned to eliminate dripping grease.
4-602.13 Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of soil residue.
-EHS observed an accumulation of food debris in the strainers that have been placed between the drain pipe and the drain. These strainers are to be dumped frequently to prevent accumulation |
