-EHS observed the walls by dish area with damaged/loose corner guards and gaps in the FRP. Secure FRP to eliminate gaps and secure corner guards in place.
-EHS observed water damage to the ceiling by the dish machine. PIC stated that the roof above this area had just been replaced within the last few weeks. Repair ceiling area to eliminate water damage residual. |
