-EHS observed a water damaged ceiling tile in the storage room. PIC stated that it was likely from a soda spilling in the theatre above the room. Replace damaged ceiling tile.
-EHS observed the toilet in the family restroom with caulk cracked all the way around. Remove old caulk and replace with new caulk to make area easily cleanable. |
