Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. -EHS observed ice dripping on boxes of onion rings in the walk in freezer. Move food out from under the condenser where ice is dripping from or use pans to catch ice before it contacts pans.

Eliminate rust to allow for ease of cleaning. -EHS observed standing water behind the ice machine. Eliminate cause of standing water. -EHS observed damaged gaskets on the walk in cooler. Replace damaged gasket.

During inspection, excess water on the floor was mixing with grease Eliminate excess grease,water, and food debris.

P -EHS observed recessed floor drains with standing water backing up in them. Repair floor drains to eliminate standing water. If water protrudes above the recessed area, permit action shall be taken. EHS will return within 3 days to verify that issue has been resolved.

Ensure that after trash has been disposed of that dumpsters are tightly closed.
