- EHS observed dirty dishes being stored in the mop sink. This has been discussed a few times in the past. Establishment does not have a lot of room to stored dirty dishes until they can be washed. EHS recommends washing them immediately if possible, adding a shelf above the can wash to store dirty dishes away from the splash zone, or finding a different location to store these items. Since this has been marked a few times with no deductions, points have to be taken today. |
