These were all taken down and washed, rinsed, and sanitized during inspection. Sink for sanitizer was being filled and water and sink were dirty. This was let out and sink was cleaned. 4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Repair walk in cooler door where stainless steel frame near bottom is separating. This located on bottom right side of door when standing inside of cooler. Repair problem causing ice build up in walk in freezer door. Walk in freezer needs repaired where ice is forming on drain pipe under fan box. Repair floor at entance to door. Floor feels to be loose or separating. Repair ice machine so bungee cord keeping it closed can be removed. |

4-302.14 A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf Chlorine test stris are needed if sanitizer packets are being used in sink. There was no sanitizer in wall mounted system which is quaternary ammonia. The packets are chlorine based. EHS provided chlorine test strips until ordered sanitizer for wall system arrives tomorrow. CDI
