Observed food employee take off gloves after handling raw hamburger then put on clean gloved to handle cooked hamburger without a handwash. CDI- Employee washed their hands and new gloves were put on. Wash hands anytime you switch between raw and ready-to-eat foods. PIC notified on when to wash. |
